A Little about Us

elcome to Lynnview Kennels. We are four  friends that share a love for dogs. We first started out as breeders of Dachshunds   Ritta and her daughter Wesley have the best little bunch of dachshunds. Ritta's sister and a Wesley's Aunt Linda has Nichol's Meadows Kennels.

We live in Louisville, KY., on the beautiful Ohio River and home of the KY Derby.  We have a licensed kennel, which means Jefferson County Animal Control inspects us every year.

All of our puppies are taken to Shivley Animal Clinic, where Dr. Joyce checks them within hours of their birth. We do this to ensure they are in perfect health. By the time they are ready to go to your home, they have had their first shots and have been wormed twice. We socialize and pre-spoil our pups from the time they are born until they go home with you.

All our pups are born in our kitchen and played with by our Grand daughters from the time they are born. This makes them well adjusted family pets.

We believe in having fun with our dogs.  We participate in both conformation and performance events. We are members of the Greater Louisville Training Club.  Our dogs participate in Go To Ground  and Dachshund Races and Obedience Trials. When you buy one of our dogs we hope you have as much fun with it  as we do with ours.
